Return & Credit Policy

At Ruff Petals, each item is created with intention, care, and artistic detail. Because many of our products are made to order, all sales are considered final.

We do not offer refunds at this time.

However, we do understand that issues can occasionally occur.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. Once reviewed and approved, we will issue store credit equal to the purchase amount.

Store credit may be used toward any future Ruff Petals purchase and does not expire.

Please note:

• We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing

• Variations in color or print placement are normal and part of the artistic process

• Shipping delays caused by carriers are outside of our control
